What type of storage do you offer?
We welcome both personal storage and business storage customers. Personal storage units are available for furniture, file cabinets, family keepsakes, or seasonal lawn and garden equipment as well as any other household items. For professionals, we offer business storage units where file cabinets, documents, and office furniture can be securely stored and easily accessed.

What security features do you offer?
We offer 24-hour resident managers at each of our locations as well as computerized gate access (select locations), fully fenced facilities, and a free high-security lock with each unit rental.

What are your unit sizes?
Unit sizes range from 5x5 to 24x30. Ask our storage professionals what type of unit best suits your needs or use our storage calculator to determine the right amount of space for you.

Do you have heated units?
At select facilities, we have heated units that maintain a safe and moderate temperature inside the units year-round in order to protect your valuables. Inquire at the facility nearest you about heated storage units.

Do I have to sign a long-term storage contract?
No. At Stor-Eze, all storage is done on a month-to-month basis.
Do you charge a set-up fee?
At Stor-Eze, we never charge set-up fees or require deposits of any kind.

Do you provide dollies or carts?
Dollies and handcarts are available at select facilities to aid in your move-in and move-out processes. Please ask one of our professional managers if you need a dolly or hand cart.

Do I need storage insurance?
Though not mandatory, storage insurance is recommended to protect the value of your belongings. However, Stor-Eze does not require you to have storage insurance to store with us.

Do you offer RV, boat, car, and motorcycle parking?
Stor-Eze offers vehicle and boat storage at all our facilities. Please check with the facility nearest you for availability and space requirements.

What’s the difference between access hours and office hours?
Office hours indicate the presence of a property manager who provides in-person customer service, such as accepting payments, answering questions, tending to customer needs, etc. During access hours, you can access your storage unit, but a property manager may not be on hand to assist you.
